Dr. Chandra Pal Singh Chairman Dr. Chandra Pal Singh is a well-known Cooperator. Currently, he is President of International Cooperative Alliance-Asia Pacific Region (ICA-AP). He was Member of Parliament from Jhansi constituency in the 14^th Lok Sabha during 2004-2009 and Member of Rajya Sabha from 2014 to 2020. He has also served as President of NCUI. He has been Chairman of U.P. Cooperative Marketing Federation (PCF) for more than two terms. In addition, Dr. Yadav is also representing on the Boards of many International, National, State and District Level cooperative organizations.

Mr. V Sudhakar Chowdary Vice Chairman Mr.Vallabhaneni Sudhakar Chowdary is B.E. (Industrial Production) and is the Managing Director of Mohan Spintex India Limited. He is the Chairman of AP Spinning Mills Association. Mr. Chowdary is also in the Managing Committees of South India Mills Association (SIMA), Confederation of Indian Textile industry (CITI), Andhra Pradesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry Federation and The Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council of India. He is on the Board of many cooperative societies in Andhra Pradesh.

Dr. Bijender Singh Director Dr. Bijender Singh is a senior cooperator from Delhi, who has been serving on the Boards of cooperative societies at different levels in different capacities. He was a member of Legislative Assembly of Delhi. At present, he is the Chairman of National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation Ltd., Vice Chairman National Cooperative Union of India Ltd. and on the Board of many national level cooperative societies.

Currently, he is the Vice-Chairman of National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation Ltd. and serving as Director on the Boards of different cooperatives at the national level. He is a popular personality in the cooperative and political circles at national levels.

Mr. Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat Director Mr.Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat is a cooperator and political leader from Madhya Pradesh state. He is representing Indore Premier Cooperative Bank Ltd., on the Board of KRIBHCO. He is also the Board of National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation Ltd. and on the Boards many other cooperative societies. He was a Member of Legislative Assembly of Madhya Pradesh.

Mr. Maganlal D Vadaviya Director Mr. Maganlal D Vadaviya, is Chairman of APMC Morbi, Rajkot, Gujarat. He has been working for the past many decades for the upliftment of the farming community of Gujarat region with the principles of cooperation.

Mr. Bhikhabhai Z. Patel Director

Mr. Bhikhabhai Z. Patel Director Mr. Bhikhabhai Z. Patel is a senior cooperator from Gujarat state. He is instrumental for formation of many successful cooperative societiesin Surat region of Gujarat including Shri Sardar Bardoli Taluka Sahakari Kharid Vechan Sangh Ltd.. He is a co-opted Director on the Board of KRIBHCO.

Mr. Ponnam Prabhakar Director Mr. Ponnam Prabhakar was a Member of Parliament in the 15th Lok sabha. He was a member of many Parliamentary Committees including Chemicals and Fertilizers. He was the Chairman of Andhra Pradesh State Cooperative Marketing Federation Ltd. He is a co-opted Director on the Board of KRIBHCO.

Mr. Rajan Chowdhry Managing Director

Mr. Rajan Chowdhry Managing Director Mr. Rajan Chowdhry is a Commerce Graduate from SRCC, Delhi University and also a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Shri Rajan Chowdhry has been working with KRIBHCO since June 1984. Before his elevation as Managing Director he served as the Finance Director also. He was on deputation with KRIBHCO Fertilizers Limited as Chief Finance Officer and with Indraprastha Power Generation Company Ltd. (IPGCL) & Pragati Power Corporation Limited (PPCL), Government of Delhi as Director Finance.

Mr. M.R. Sharma Director (Technical)

Mr. M.R. Sharma Director (Technical) Mr. M R Sharma is a B.E. (Chemical) from IIT, Roorkee. He has worked in various capacities in KRIBHCO. He was holding the responsibilities of Executive Director of KRIBHCO, Hazira Plant, Production Head as Chief General Manager (Production). Shri Sharma has more than 38 years of experience in operations of giant fertilizer plants in India and Oman.

Mr. Sunder Singh Yadav Director (HR)

Mr. Sunder Singh Yadav Director (HR) Mr. S.S. Yadav is B.Tech (Electronics and Communications) and IES 1989. He has done his Masters from London School of Economics in Public Management. He has also worked on deputation as Director in National Disaster Management Authority, Govt. of India from 2009 to 2011. Mr. Yadav has also worked as Director in Election Commission of India from 2012 to 2014. Prior to this assignment, he has worked as ED (HR) KRIBHCO and Chief Executive Officer Gramin Vikas Trust (GVT).

Mr. V.S.R. Prasad Director (Marketing)

Mr. V.S.R. Prasad Director (Marketing) Mr. V.S.R. Prasad has done his Masters in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing discipline. He has 34 years of experience in various capacities in Marketing Division of KRIBHCO. Prior to his appointment as Marketing Director, he was working as Executive Director (Coop. Relations and Marketing).

Mr Manish Kumar Director (Finance)

Mr Manish Kumar Director (Finance) Mr Manish Kumar is a B.Tech. (Civil) from IIT, Delhi and is also MBA in Finance. He joined Indian Audit & Accounts Service in 1993, after working in a private sector for 4 years. During his tenure in the Central Government and deputations, he served at senior management level especially in the area Accounts, Audit and Finance for more than 29 years. His experience includes working in Ministry of Finance and multilateral agencies such as UNDP and World Bank.
